Atlanta’s Condo Queen Karen Rodriguez Takes the Helm of Opus Place, the $400 Million Midtown Ultra-Luxury Condo Project
ATLANTA/MIDTOWN . . . . CEO Dan Forsman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, in conjunction
with development firm Olympia Heights Management, announced today that the exclusive sales and
marketing of the ultra-luxury No. 2 Opus Condominium will now be spearheaded by Karen Rodriguez.
Known as “Atlanta’s Condo Queen,” Karen Rodriguez is charged with accelerating the execution of
sales strategy and will continue in her role as Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’
City Haus division.
Dan Forsman noted that, “Karen Rodriguez’s experience and success overseeing the sales and
marketing for some of Atlanta’s most high profile projects, including most recently, the sellout of The
Ritz-Carlton Residences and the Mandarin Oriental Residences, eminently qualify her to take No. 2
Opus to the next level.”

The architecture of No. 2 Opus is designed by renowned architectural firm Perkins + Will with
interiors by Champalimaud. The 189 residences will be a mix of one- to three-bedroom homes and
penthouses, with floor-to- ceiling glass windows revealing endless and stunning city and park views.
Homes will range from 980 to 5,000 square feet with pricing starting at about $700,000 and going up
to $12 million.
Construction is slated to begin this Winter 2017, with anticipated completion by early 2020. For
