ATLANTA/MIDTOWN . . . . CEO Dan Forsman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, in conjunction
with development firm Olympia Heights Management, announced today that the exclusive sales and
marketing of the ultra-luxury No. 2 Opus Condominium will now be spearheaded by Karen Rodriguez.
Known as “Atlanta’s Condo Queen,” Karen Rodriguez is charged with accelerating the execution of
sales strategy and will continue in her role as Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’
City Haus division.

Dan Forsman noted that, “Karen Rodriguez’s experience and success overseeing the sales and
marketing for some of Atlanta’s most high profile projects, including most recently, the sellout of The

Opus to the next level.”

Ms. Rodriguez added, “Number 2 Opus Place will be the ultimate destination, offering a lifestyle
beyond compare at a property unlike any other in Atlanta. Soon to be a defining element of the

to $12 million.

Construction is slated to begin this Winter 2017, with anticipated completion by early 2020. For
